Plaster Pumps Available for Hire or Purchase

M330 – Revolution comes to the building site!

With its revolutionary technology, the M330 marks the start of a new generation of mixing pumps. The “trick” with this new technology is our latest patented mixing principle, which allows the material to be blended perfectly and also ensures permanent consistency of the material. This means that the pump does not have to perform any additional mixing tasks and can concentrate on its core function - pumping.

In addition to application, the M330 also shows its uniqueness through its cleaning and maintenance characteristics. The use of Polyurethane (PU) components in the mixing chamber, for example, reduces the effort required for cleaning. In addition, these modern materials increase service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.

The clear layout of the controls and the conscious avoidance of superfluous switches make for very easy operation for the user. The large wheels mean that the mixer can be transported with ease at all times. The M330 can also be moved about the building site with ease using a crane. If there is no crane available, the M330 can be dismantled into five easy to manage components in just a few simple steps.

In the M330 version, the integrated error code display and the automatic phase polarity detection will increase user-friendliness. In addition, it is also possible to use an optional frequency inverter in order to achieve a continuously variable output as required.

As is typical of all m-tec systems, the M330 has easy and quick to use tensioning wedges, enabling important elements such as the worm pump or dosing motor to be replaced in just a few seconds.

D20 – the solid building
          site mixer

Mixer D20 is a robust allrounder for processing dry mortar products with a granularity of up to 4 mm. It is the bestselling mixer in this class and, depending on the version, rationalizes the processing of decorative renders, bricklaying mortar or fine concrete.

The 230V version specializes in the processing of decorative renders and thus is fitted with the versatile standard mixing chamber with plain bearing. It is also available in a 400V version which shows its prowess in the processing of heavy materials such as bricklaying mortar or fine concrete. In this case the ball bearing-mounted fine concrete mixing chamber is used.

The D20 is filled with bagged material as standard and offers impressively homogenous blending. The large material container is perfect for building sites.

The clear layout of the controls means that the system is extremely intuitive. As is typical of all m-tec systems, the D20 has easy and quick to use connector systems that enable important elements, such as the mixing chamber or mixer motor, to be replaced in just a few seconds.
